the opinion of the competent body on changing the name and surname of the minor;
court resolution on cancellation of adoption;
a court decision to establish paternity or an application by the parents;
court resolution on annulment of previously issued court resolution on establishing paternity;
the opinion of the registration offices and consular offices at the place of permanent residence of the applicant in accordance with the law;
the court's resolution on correcting errors in the record of civil status acts and making changes to it;
medical institution's opinion on confirmation of gender change;
correction of errors in the record of civil status acts and other documents that give grounds for making changes to it.
The person, in respect of whom the record of the relevant civil status act has been drawn up;
In the case of minors, their parents, adoptive parents, guardians or guardianship and guardianship bodies; institutions of education, treatment and social protection of the population;
Applications for the correction of errors in the record of acts of civil status regarding the deceased and making changes to it are submitted by the heirs in accordance with the legislation;
Authorized persons on the basis of a power of attorney approved by a notary.

The issue of correction of errors and changes in the registration of civil status acts by registry offices and consular offices are considered within one month from the date of receipt of the application. In exceptional cases, the head of the registration department and the head of the consular offices inform the applicant, and that period can be extended for a period not exceeding one month.
Correction of errors in the record of acts of civil status and changes to it are carried out by registry offices and consular offices at the place of permanent residence of the applicants if there are sufficient grounds and there is no dispute between the concerned persons.
