The notary provides the evidence that will be necessary at the beginning of the case in the courts, investigative and investigative bodies, upon the request of the interested parties, if there are grounds to assume that the presentation of such evidence will be impossible or difficult later.
Notaries do not provide evidence on cases pending before the court, investigation, and investigation bodies when interested persons apply to the notary.
