Approval of the contract on the alienation of the vehicle
Required documents
- State registration certificate confirming ownership of the vehicle;
- Vehicle inspection document;
- If the owner is married, his/her marriage certificate;
- Notarized consent of the husband (wife) to the alienation of the property;
- When the property is donated, documents confirming kinship between the parties (documents issued by the state registry of civil status acts) or a legally binding court resolution on determining kinship.
Required persons
- The owner of the property or his/her representative based on the Power of Attorney approved in the notary register
- The recipient, recipient of a gift, or his/her representative on the basis of a Power of Attorney approved by a notary public
State Fee
- if the property is transferred to a husband (wife), children, parents, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, brother, or sister according to the contract - the state fee shall be 35 manats, and the fee charged for the service shall be 5.25 manats
- if the property is transferred to another person under the contract - the state fee shall be 70 manats, and the service fee shall be 10.50 manats
Note
The original documents on the basis of which the notarial act was performed are attached to the copy of the agreement, the certificate of inheritance rights etc. kept in the notary. Original documents (for example, birth, marriage, and death certificates) are returned to the persons who presented them, and their notarized copies are kept at the notary.
