Required documents

An heir or his/her representative on the basis of a power of attorney approved by the notary public;
Inheritance certificate under the law or testament issued by that state notary office or private notary.

State Fee

1. If the parties consist of a husband (wife), children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, or sisters - the state fee shall be 15 manats, and the fee charged for the service is 2.25 manats;

2. If one of the parties is a natural or legal person engaged in the production of agricultural products - the state fee shall be 15 manats, the fee charged for the service - 2.25 manats;

3. If the parties are other natural or legal persons - the state fee shall be 100 manats, and the service fee shall be 15 manats.

Note

The original documents on the basis of which the notarial act was performed are attached to the copy of the agreement, the certificate of inheritance rights, etc. kept by the notary. Original documents (for example, birth, marriage, and death certificates) are returned to the persons who presented them, and their notarized copies are kept at the notary.
