Confirmation of the other power of attorney

Required documents

  • ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Documents confirming the identity of foreigners and stateless persons living temporarily or permanently in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Documents confirming the relations of kinship between the parties (the documents of the state registration body of civil status acts) or the court decision on the determination of kinship relations.

Required persons

Property owner or representative confirmed the power of attorney in coherence within the notary service.

State Fee

If the power of attorney is given to the spouse, children, parents, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, brother, sister – state fee is 5 manat, service fee – 0, 75 manat.

If the power of attorney is given to other citizens or legal entities – 10 manat, service fee – 1,50 manat.

Note

If a power of attorney is issued only for one property, a document certifying the ownership of that property (registration certificate, extract) and a description of the real estate, state registration rights and a state registry of their limitation must be submitted.
