The rent payer or his representative on the basis of a power of attorney approved by the notary public
if the property is transferred to a husband (wife), children, parents, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, brother, or sister according to the contract - the state fee is 25 manats, and the fee charged for the service - 3.75 manats
if the property is transferred to other persons under the contract:
In the city of Baku - the state fee is 280 manats, the service fee is 42 manats.
In the cities of Sumgait, Ganja and Absheron region, the state fee is 196 manats, the service charge is 29.40 manats.
in other cities and districts - the state fee is 140 manats, the service fee is 21 manats.
The original of documents on the basis of which the notarial act was performed is attached to the copy of the agreement, the certificate of inheritance rights etc. kept in the notary. Original documents (for example, birth, marriage, and death certificates) are returned to the persons who presented them, and their notarized copies are kept at the notary.
