Required documents

1. Document approving the right of ownership over the property;
2. Certificate issued by the State Registry Service of Real Estate under the State Committee for Real Estate Issues on whether there is an encumbrance or arrest on the property or not;
3. If the owner is married, his or her marriage certificate;
4. Husband’s (wife’s) notarized consent to Exchange real estate;
5. Notarized consent of all registered adult family members about their residence registration in a residential house, apartament, garden and garden house;

Required persons

Owners of the exchanged property or their representatives based on the power of attorney approved by the notary.

State Fee

If the property is transferred to a husband (wife), children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters according to the contract, the state fee is 25 manats, the fee for the service is 3.75 manats.

If the property is transferred to other people based on the contract:

In Baku city – the state fee is 280 manats, the fee for the service is 42 manats;

In Sumgayit, Ganja cities and Absheron district, the state fee is 196 manats, the fee for the service is 29.40 manats;

In other cities and districs – the state fee is 140 manats, the fee for the service is 21 manats.
