Information about founder-individuals (Copies of the document (passport) confirming the identity of foreigners and stateless persons are added to the application);
Information about founder-legal persons;
The charter confirmed by founder(s) or plenipotentiary in 2 copies;
Decision signed by founder(s) or plenipotentiary about the establishment of the institution and confirmation of its charter;
If founder is a foreign legal person - extract from the trade register, registration certificate etc. (in a such case that document shall be legalized according to the rule stipulated in the legislation of the country where the legal person finds itself by the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Azerbaijan or by the diplomatic representation of another country advancing the interest of the republic of azerbaijan in this country in mention are missing then by the relevant body of executive power of Republic of Azerbaijan as an exceptional case);
If founder is a foreign legal person or a stateless person, document confirming his/her engaging economic activity in any country (must be legalized);
Information about the members of the Supervisory board - if the supervisory board of the society is elected for the date of submission of the application (copies of ID card (passport) must be added to the application);
Document confirming the authorized capital and state duty payment;
Power of attorney (if the owner is individual, consent application is notarized, if it’s legal person, it is notarized by seal; when the document confirming the property is submitted, its copy must be legalized), power of attorney must be legalized.

Execution period is 2 day;
Following documents are submitted to the registered legal person;
The charter of legal person;
Certificate about the state registration of commercial legal person;
Extract from the state register about commercial legal person.
