Required documents

• ID card (in a case of a foreigner or stateless person there should be submitted a certificate confirming a temporary or permanent residence);
• Power of attorney (when a representative applies);
• “Asan İmza” SIM card;
• An agreement signed between mobile operator (Azercell, Bakcell and others) and subscriber on issuance of “Asan İmza” SIM card;
• TIN (if only physical person engaged in the field of enterpreurship without creating a physical status);
• Seal (if a legal person).
