This includes: microphones, sound systems, headphones for listeners, simultaneous interpretation booths, loudspeakers, mixer (audio control panel), delivery, installation, and technical staff (additional charges apply if equipment outside the package is required).

Consecutive Oral Interpretation

The daily service fee for consecutive oral interpretation starts from 500 AZN.

Editing is charged at  60% of the translation fee per page or per document.
Editing involves correcting grammatical, lexical, stylistic, and terminological errors, to ensure clarity and logical flow, as well as adapting the text style to its purpose and genre.

Verification

Verification is charged at 60% of the translation fee per page or per document.
Verification involves checking for consistency with the original text, ensuring factual accuracy, correcting of spelling and technical errors.

Notarization of Translation

Translation is the process of converting a text or document into another language, carried out by a translator whose signature is certified by a notary. The notary's signature and seal give the translated document official status. Notarizing the translator's signature costs 6 manats and certifying a copy of the document costs 3 manats

Rewriting

This includes rewriting website texts, articles, official documents, academic papers, corporate texts and translation materials to make them clearer more fluent, improving readability and modernizing the writing style.

Copywriting

 It is the process of writing persuasive and engaging advertising and presentation texts for business, marketing and communication purposes. It is also widely used to revise advertising texts that have failed to attract a broad audience, email correspondence, in writing of website content and event speeches (250 words, 15 manat).

Apostille and Legalization Approved by the Ministry of Justice

The price of an apostille for the translation of one-page documents varies depending on the language (fees start from 55 manats).

The price of an apostille for original documents is 20 manats.

The price of an apostille for copies of documents is 31 manats.

The legalization fee for 1-page translations varies depending on the language (fees start from 45 manats).

Multiple Page Documents

Prices for page translations of medical, technical, scientific research, etc., in all languages, are calculated in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 spacing. Alternatively, the basis is taken as the number of words (250 words) or characters (1,800 characters), with an additional fee charged for each page depending on the nature of the text.

250 words cost 14 manats, i.e. 0.056 manats per word.

Online Translation

The price of the online written translation service is the same as the price quoted for the written translation. The price of the online oral interpretation service is the same as the price quoted for the oral interpretation  service.
