• Original and copy of the document confirming applicant’s identity,
• If the applicant is an individual entrepreneur, the original of the document confirming their identity and a copy of the document reflecting the TIN.
• Originals and copies of documents confirming the identity and authority of the person’s legal representative, if the applicant is not the person himself.

For legal entities:

• A copy of the document reflecting the TIN,
• Original and copy of documents confirming the identity and authority of the representative representing the legal entity.
