Determination of labor pensions is free of charge.
A decision on granting or refusing to grant a labor pension shall be made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the labor pension application to the labor pension determining body.
If the length of service for the period up to January 1, 2006, of the insured person is confirmed based on the references of the state archive, the insured person is assigned a labor pension after considering the above documents on the day of their entry into the body that determines the labor pension.
Labor pension for military personnel is not determined during military service, but after discharge from military service.
A certificate of temporary registration approved by the relevant executive authority is required for refugees and internally displaced persons.
