• Application
• If the applicant is a legal entity, a branch or representative office of a foreign legal entity, a copy of the extract from the state register of legal entities;
• If the applicant is an individual entrepreneur, a copy of the identity card;
• If the applicant is a natural person engaged in entrepreneurial activity without creating a legal entity, a certificate of tax accounting of the natural person;
• The approved distribution of the ordered quota (share) by species and among the brigades (mangas) of hunting tools, specifying the places to be hunted;
• A notarized copy of the document confirming the ownership or use rights of the applicant to the owned and leased vessels (boats) (if fishing for fish and other aquatic bioresources is intended to be carried out using the vessel (boat);
• Documents on registration of fishing vessels and boats used as water transport vehicles;

"Types, rates, application rules and fines for illegal fishing" approved by the decision No. 146 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 1999 and by the decision No. 146 dated September 6, 1999 According to part 4 of the approved "Rights and rules for the use of fish resources by legal and natural persons of foreign states in the Republic of Azerbaijan", payment is provided as in the following table:
