Allowing the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere and harmful physical effects
Required documents
- application;
- if the applicant is a legal entity state registration certificate;
- if the applicant is a natural person a copy of the identity document;
- a copy of the certificate of registration of the applicant as a taxpayer;
- the project of regulations on the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere
- 2 TG (air) state statistical report;
- a plan of measures to prevent accidental and onetime discharges (for enterprises whose existing technological processes may lead to such situations);
- a plan of action designed to achieve the emission limit norms;
Service Fee
- for enterprises belonging to the I danger category 792 AZN;
- for enterprises belonging to the II danger category 396 AZN;
- for enterprises belonging to the III danger category 198 AZN;
- for enterprises belonging to the IV danger category 99 AZN.
Time
7 (seven) business days.
Note
- Enterprises that have started their activities (since 1999 - after the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Environmental Protection) must obtain a positive opinion of the state environmental expertise on the activity before applying for a "special permit document for the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere and harmful physical effects";
- Enterprises belonging to the IV danger category can submit an "inventory document of substances harmful to the atmosphere, sources of physical impact on it" or "environmental passport" instead of "draft regulations for the release of substances harmful to the atmosphere".
