This service is provided to subscribers in the population group.
A subscriber is given a document verifying that there is no any debt if he/she pays all debt until the day when the subscriber applied for electricity.
This service is provided in Baku “ASAN service” center No. 4, 5 and regional “ASAN service” centers in addition with “ASAN Communal” centers.
