The cost of the new built-in meters by “Azersu” OJSC will be fully paid by non-residents, and no charge will be required for changing the meter when the meter expires without the fault of the subscriber during the warranty period and, therefore, is changed.
In case of damage to the meters installed by the subscriber or other defects, expenses related to it shall be paid by the subscriber.
The cost of the meter and the cost of replacement should be paid by the subscriber, if the new built-in meter is unusable for use by subscribers by “Azersu” OJSC.
This service is rendered besides “ASAN Kommunal” centers, at Baku “ASAN service” centers No.4 and No.5, Ganja, Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masally and Guba regional “ASAN service” centers.
