The certificate on absence of debt is issued if there is no debt on subscriber code. Debt arising from the date of receipt by the subscriber during the last inspection period, is calculated in accordance with the average monthly profit and after the full payment by the subscriber a certificate on absence of debt is issued.
This service is rendered besides “ASAN Kommunal” centers, at Baku “ASAN service” centers No.4 and No.5, Ganja, Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masally and Guba regional “ASAN service” centers.
