On September 19, 2019, Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between E-Gov Development Center subordinate to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “Innovations Center LTD” and “VFS Global”.

Within the framework of "ASAN Letter", ASAN Volunteers Organisation, jointly with Bakcell and “Friends of Pupils” project, held an event at the eve of “Knowledge Day”.

On September 10, 2019, the closing ceremony of “Harbiyya-101” military-patriotic camp was held.

The 5th day at "Harbiyya-101" camp started with exercises for unarmed range movements.

In accordance with the rules of the admission of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev carried out the next meeting with citizens.

On the third day of “Harbiyya-101” camp, after the adoption of tests on physical preparation, at the training centre, there were explained fundamentals, methods and rules of armoured vehicles driving, tasks, assessment of personnel, as well as rules for repayment of obstacles along the route.
