Mobile ASAN service provided to Khojaly residents

During the local anti-terror operations conducted by the Azerbaijani Army, the villages of Malibayli and Gushchular in the Shusha district, which were liberated from occupation, were incorporated into the administrative territory of the Khojaly district, based on a corresponding law signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

At the request of the Khojaly District Executive Authority, it has become necessary to change the permanent registration address of the residents of these villages.

For this purpose, special mobile groups have been formed by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As part of the mobile ASAN service, it is planned to provide services to over 150 residents of the respective villages living in the Gilavar sanatorium in the Pirshagi settlement of Sabunchu district and the Shusha settlement in Ramana.

The main goal of implementing the mobile ASAN service is to deliver state services to citizens more conveniently, using new and innovative methods, to ensure accessibility, and to achieve citizen satisfaction.
