The Ambassador of Venezuela at the “ASAN Service”

On April 15, 2025, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Christopher Alberto Martinez Berroteran, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to our country.

The quest was provided with detailed information about the “ASAN Service”, established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, and the areas of activity of the State Agency. It was noted that with the establishment of “ASAN Service”, significant achievements have been made in ensuring effective public administration in term of increasing transparency and applying modern innovations. 

During the meeting, the quest was also provided with detailed information about the work carried out in the field of social innovations. It was stated that to date, nearly 85 million citizen applications have been recorded.

The Ambassador stated that the “ASAN Service” model made a strong impression on him, and they intend to cooperate to share this experience with the Venezuelan side. 

The guest also became closely acquainted with the activities of the “ASAN Service” center, the Mobile ASAN Service, and the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center.

At the end, a commemorative gift prepared by the “ABAD” member was presented to the guest.
