Turkish Parliamentarians visit “ASAN service”

A delegation led by Naim Çoban, Deputy Secretary General of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, visited the “ASAN service” center to learn about its operations.

The guests were provided with detailed information about “ASAN service” and other activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was highlighted that “ASAN service,” initiated by President Ilham Aliyev, plays a significant role in ensuring citizens' access to public services. It was also emphasized that the “ASAN service” model is currently shared with over 20 countries, including Türkiye, and various international organizations.

Furthermore, it was noted that the State Agency received the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015 and a special award from the UN for advancing public service delivery through digital governance in 2019.

The delegation highly appreciated the “ASAN service” concept and expressed their positive impressions of the activities carried out by the State Agency in public services and social innovations.

The delegation also visited and familiarized themselves with the operations of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, “ABAD,” and “Bilim Baku” centers.
