The Minister of Interior of the Republic of Turkey was acquainted with the “ASAN service” center

On May 27th, 2014 the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Turkey Efkan Alan was acquainted with the building and functioning of the “ASAN service” center of the State agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On May 27th, 2014 the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Turkey Efkan Alan was acquainted with the building and functioning of the “ASAN service” center of the State agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Deputy Chairman of the State Agency – Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev informed about the aim of the ASAN service centers, services rendered within centers, history of development, as well as the future plans. It was noted that the aim of activities of “ASAN service” centers is to provide comfort, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, and form up new thinking as to relations between citizens and civil servants. In a short period “ASAN service” became Azerbaijan’s new brand. It was also stated that the unique legal structure of “ASAN service” is highly valued by many international partners and experts and this experience is now popular as an “Azerbaijani model”.

It was noted that more than 1 770 000 citizens have been served at “ASAN service” centers.

The guest emphasized the importance of studying and exchanging experiences. After becoming familiar with the conditions and work principle in “ASAN service” center, the guest highly appreciated the professional approach of staff members, and wished success in their future activity.
