Mobile “ASAN Service” operates in Ujar

The Mobile “ASAN Service” bus is delivering services to citizens on Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the Ujar region.

This marks the 13th time that on-site mobile services via the Mobile “ASAN Service” bus have been deployed in the Ujar region. Over this period, more than 18,900 applications have been received from citizens.
The mobile services are provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.
Since its launch in 2013, the Mobile “ASAN Service” has processed a total of over 3.255 million applications, with more than 145,000 applications recorded in 2025 alone.
To recap, 10 specially equipped mobile buses are deployed to deliver public services to residents in regions lacking permanent “ASAN Service” centers, sparing them the need to travel.
The primary objectives are to provide public services through more convenient, modern, and innovative methods, ensure accessibility for citizens, and maximize customer satisfaction.
