On February 10, 2015, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation Nathalie Zavilova got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.3. On February 10, 2015, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation Nathalie Zavilova got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.3. Guest was delivered information about the establishment and activity directions of the “ASAN service”, also highlighted that this concept is an Azerbaijani Model in the field of public service delivery. It was noted that by establishment of the “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in terms of enhancing of transparency in the efficient public administration and application of modern innovations. Guest highlighted the “ASAN service” experience as an example activity platform in the sphere of public service delivery and mentioned essence of this experience to be implemented in other countries too. It was drawn to the attention that our centers have gained desired results in the field of citizen satisfaction and approximately 4 000 000 applications have been already rendered. Natalia Zavilova after becoming familiar with the activities of the “ASAN service” center expressed her gratitude for the hospitality, wished success to center and its staff in their future activities.
