Rwanda learns the experience of “ASAN service”. A delegation led by Juliana Muganza, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda Development Board, visited our country. The main purpose of the visit was to closely familiarize themselves with the concept of implementing Azerbaijan's “ASAN service” model in Rwanda. The meeting was held between delegation and Ulvi Mehdiyev, the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, the guests were provided with detailed information about “ASAN service” and other areas of activity of the State Agency.
It was highlighted that “ASAN service”, established on the personal initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, has played a significant role in ensuring citizens' accessibility to state services.
It was also emphasized that the State Agency is currently cooperating over 20 countries and international organizations for sharing the “ASAN service” experience.
The Chairman of the State Agency highlighted that Azerbaijan is ready to share its advanced experience with Rwanda regarding the implementation of the “ASAN service” concept. The Rwandan side proposed signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard.
As part of the visit, the guests were given comprehensive presentations by different structural divisions of the State Agency.
The Rwanda delegation members were also acquainted with information about the activities of the “INNOLAND - Incubation and Acceleration Center”, “Mobile ASAN service”, “ABAD” public legal entity, “Bilim Baku” center, 108 Call Center, “ASAN” Radio and TV in Baku.
