The Kyrgyz delegation has closely familiarized itself with the activities of “ASAN Service”.

A delegation from the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic visited our country for familiarize themselves with the activities of “ASAN Service” centers and the innovative solutions implemented there from November 25 to 29, 2024.

The visit was organized within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on the improvement of public service centers in the Kyrgyz Republic, signed on April 24, 2024.
The guests were provided with detailed information about the various activities of the State Agency, including the “ASAN Service” centers established under the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev and the projects implemented in the field of social innovations. It was stated that the creation of “ASAN Service” has achieved important success in ensuring efficient public governance, particularly in terms of increasing transparency and implementing modern innovations.
Comprehensive presentations were given by the relevant structural units of the State Agency to the delegation with the aim of sharing the “ASAN Service” experience with the other side.
The guests stated that the innovative solutions implemented in the “ASAN Service” centers made a powerful impression on them and that applying these practices in the Kyrgyz Republic could be beneficial.
Additionally, the parties have held some discussions on the preparation of the Joint Cooperation Program for the years 2025-2027.
The guests were also acquainted with information about the activities of the “INNOLAND - Incubation and Acceleration Center”, “Mobile ASAN service”, “ABAD” public legal entity, “Bilim Baku” center , 108 Call Center , “ASAN” Radio and TV.
