Kazakhstani delegation at “ASAN service” center
On July 5, 2015, a delegation consisting of members of the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN Service” center No.3. On July 5, 2015, a delegation consisting of members of the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN Service” center No.3. Guests were delivered information about the aims of establishment of “ASAN service”, its goals, development path, and types of services as well as future plans. It was noted that the goal of the “ASAN service” activity is to provide comfort of citizens in public service delivery, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, and form new attitude in civil servant-citizen relations and more than 5 000 000 applications have been already received. Additionally, it was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” received United Nations Public Service Award 2015. Guests mentioned the concept of “ASAN service” as an example model in implementation of public service delivery and highlighted importance of conducting such experience in other countries too. Guests, after getting acquainted with the conditions and work principle of the “ASAN service” center, wished success in future.
