Uzbekistan's Civil Servants Learn from “ASAN Service” Experience.

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has organized a training program for civil servants from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to familiarize them with the “ASAN service” model.

The online event was organized as part of the implementation of the “2024-2026 Cooperation Program between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan” signed on August 23, 2024.
The training focused on the latest innovations introduced in “ASAN service” centers, including innovative solutions in the delivery of public services.
The main goal of the training was to share Azerbaijan's experience with Uzbekistan in implementing high-quality governance systems for public service delivery and enhancing citizen satisfaction.
Representatives from relevant departments of the State Agency provided participants with detailed information on service standardization, business process management, and data analytics projects.
Following the presentations, questions from the Uzbekistani side were addressed.
It is worth noting that on October 4, 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two parties regarding the improvement of Public Service Centers in Uzbekistan.
