Over 422,000 applications to Nakhchivan "ASAN service" in One Year

The Nakhchivan regional "ASAN service" center, under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was inaugurated on May 18, 2023. The center began operations on May 22 of the same year.
The "ASAN service" center is located at Seyid Jafar Pishavari 7, Nakhchivan city. It is built on a 1-hectare area, featuring an administrative building and an above-ground parking lot.
Serving over 465,000 residents registered in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the center operates without territorial restrictions. Its activities are based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility, and citizen comfort.
In one year, the Nakhchivan regional "ASAN service" center recorded over 422,000 citizen applications. The center offers around 400 services provided by various state agencies, as well as private companies and enterprises.
Currently, there are 27 "ASAN service" centers in operation. These include 7 in Baku, 2 in Ganja, 2 in Sumgait, and others in Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masalli, Guba, Mingachevir, Imishli, Sheki, Shamakhi, Kurdamir, Tovuz, Aghjabadi, Balakan, Salyan, Nakhchivan, and Lankaran.
To date, "ASAN service" centers have received nearly 74 million applications from over 8 million 937 thousand citizens.
According to survey results, the citizen satisfaction rate with the services is 99.8%.
