Guests were welcomed by the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev. Guests were delivered information about the aims of establishment of the “ASAN service” centers, its goals, development path, implemented service variety, also comprehensive information on future plans. It was noted, that the goal of the activity of the Azerbaijani invention and brand - “ASAN service” center is to provide citizens’ convenience in public service delivery, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, form a new thought in civil servants- citizens relations. Moreover, it was drawn to the attention that approximately 5 000 000 applications have been already received in the “ASAN service” centers.
Guests considered “ASAN service” concept as an example model in the field of public service delivery, and mentioned its importance to apply such experience in other countries too.
