The Ambassador of Congo at “ASAN Service”.
The newly appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Azerbaijan, Ivan Vangu Ngimbi, became acquainted with the activities of the “ASAN Service” center.
The ambassador was provided with detailed information about the various activities of the State Agency, including the “ASAN Service” centers and projects implemented in the field of social innovations, established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev. It was highlighted that the establishment of “ASAN Service” has achieved significant progress in ensuring efficient public administration through increased transparency and the application of modern innovations.
It was also highlighted that the State Agency received the United Nations (UN) Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Special Award for the Development of Public Services through the Application of Digital Governance in 2019 and in 2023 was recognized as the “Most Advanced Public Service in the World” within the framework of the “Global Government Excellence Award” program. Also, the successful implementation of the ASAN service model in various countries was emphasized.
The ambassador emphasized that the “ASAN Service” center left a strong impression on him and stated that he would consider exploring opportunities for cooperation.
The ambassador was also provided with detailed information about the activities of the “INNOLAND - Incubation and Acceleration Center”, “Mobile ASAN service”, “ABAD” public legal entity.
