Judges and Prosecutors got acquainted with “ASAN service” center
On May 23, 2015, judges of the European Court on Human Rights, high level representatives of the Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Turkey, the Supreme Court, the Justice Academy and the Chief Prosecutor's Office got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN Service” center No.2. On May 23, 2015, judges of the European Court on Human Rights, high level representatives of the Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Turkey, the Supreme Court, the Justice Academy and the Chief Prosecutor's Office got acquainted with the building and functioning of the Baku “ASAN Service” center No.2. Guests were delivered detailed information about the aims of establishment of “ASAN service”, its goals, development path, and types of services as well as future plans. It was noted that the goal of the “ASAN service” activity is to provide comfort of citizens in public service delivery, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, and form new attitude in civil servant-citizen relations and approximately 5 000 000 applications have been already received. Additionally, there was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” received United Nations Public Service Award 2015. Guests mentioned the concept of “ASAN service” as an example model in implementation of public service delivery and highlighted importance of conducting such experience in other countries too. Guests, after getting acquainted with the conditions and work principle of the “ASAN service” center, wished success in future activities.
