The scope of Ganja “ASAN xidmət” has expanded

Starting from December 1, 2014, Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will serve to the residents of regions Tovuz, Kazakh and Aghstafa with total quantity more than 330 000. Starting from December 1, 2014, Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will serve to the residents of regions Tovuz, Kazakh and Aghstafa with total quantity more than 330 000. Tovuz, Kazakh and Aghstafa residents can benefit the services by appealing to the Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center:   -Death registration; -Registration of divorce; -Registration of determination of paternity; -Issuance of certificates (renewed certificates) on state registration of civil status; -Issuance and renewal of identity cards; -Renewal of driving licenses; -Extracts of registration of property rights over the living houses (apartments), except the initial registration; -Issuance of certificates from state register about the description of the real estate; -Archive references to legal and physical persons; -Granting temporary residence permission to foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan; -Granting work permit to carry out paid labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan to foreigners and stateless persons; -Determining occupational pensions;

Starting from December 1, 2014, Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will serve to the residents of regions Tovuz, Kazakh and Aghstafa with total quantity more than 330 000.

Tovuz, Kazakh and Aghstafa residents can benefit the services by appealing to the Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center:

 

-Birth registration;

-Death registration;

-Wedlock registration;

-Registration of divorce;

-Registration of child adoption;

-Registration of determination of paternity;

-Registration of changes to the given name, patronymic and family name;

-Issuance of certificates (renewed certificates) on state registration of civil status;

-Notary service;

-Issuance and renewal of identity cards;

-Issuance and renewal of passport of citizen;

-Renewal of driving licenses;

-Reference note about the conviction;

-Extracts of registration of property rights over the living houses (apartments), except the initial registration;

-Reference note of state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights over the real estate;

-Issuance of certificates from state register about the description of the real estate;

-Registration of commercial legal persons and tax payers;

-Archive references to legal and physical persons;

-Receipt of customs declaration and documents for customs clearance;

-Granting temporary residence permission to foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

-Granting permanent residence permission (immigrant status) to foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan; 

-Granting work permit to carry out paid labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan to foreigners and stateless persons;

-Reference note on information about land cadaster;

-Determining occupational pensions;

-Providing information on all services rendered by the state entities.

 

Ganja “ASAN xidmət” center since December, 2013, has served to more than 450 000 citizens from Ganja including the regions Shamkir, Goranboy, Goygol, Gadabay, Kalbajar, Khojaly, Samukh, Dashkasan.

“ASAN Service” center is continuously functioning since Mondays until Fridays, from 10 am to 8 pm; on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Information for the services is available on our web site www.asan.gov.az or you can reach by a call to 108 “Call Center”.

 “Call Center” is lively functioning since Mondays until Fridays, from 10 am to 7 pm; and on Saturdays, from 10 am to 2 pm.

Calls to “108” through the stationery phones from any regions of the Republic are free of charge, calls to “108” through the mobile operators “Azercell” and “Nar” are paid or by a call through “Bakcell” numbers “012 108” it is possible to benefit from the “Call” center services.
