Guests were informed about the aim of the ASAN service centers, services rendered, history of development, as well as the future plans. It was noted that the aim of activities of “ASAN service” centers is to provide comfort, ensure transparency, eliminate corruption, apply modern technology, and form up new thinking as to relations between citizens and civil servants. Guest considered “ASAN Service” as innovative and progressive experience in public service delivery and mentioned it as a World Model for the development of the relevant field. Guests, while getting acquainted with Mobile “ASAN Service” considered the activities of "ASAN service" centers praiseworthy, and mentioned usefulness the application of this experience in many countries. At the same time, innovative equipment applied at the center - "Appeal kiosk," "E-application" and others were introduced to the guests.
