"E-Manat" terminals have joined to "ASAN Pay" state information system
“ASAN Pay” system established under the Decree No 110 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 11, 2014 provides another innovation in ensuring public accessibility.
Thus, citizens and legal entities can also impose their administrative fines through "e-Manat" payment terminals that are successfully integrated into “ASAN Pay” system.
In the nearest future, other types of state payments will also be available through any payment terminals and portals, bank, postal and other dialing organizations, as well as "e-Manat" payment terminals connected to "ASAN Pay" system.
Measures will be taken to support the development of cashless payments by using the opportunities of "ASAN Pay" system introduced by the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations, as well as measures in the creation of facilities for the payment of all types of public services will be continued.
It should be noted that at present, payment of administrative fines of 114 state institutions, including 30 central executive authorities, 79 local executive bodies and 5 legal entities, is available at www.asanpay.az payment portal and terminals of “ASAN Pay” information system as well as www.hesab.az, www.e -pul.az, www.portmanat.az payment portals, "e-Manat" payment terminals.
