On April 30, 2015, Deputy Chief of the Royal Prosecution Service of the UK, Member of International Association of Prosecutors - Mr. Harry Balch within his visit to Azerbaijan got acquainted with Baku “ASAN Service” center No.4. Guest was delivered information about the aims of establishment and activities of the “ASAN service”. It was noted that with the establishment of “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in terms of enhancing of transparency and implementation of contemporary innovations in the field of public administration context. Mr. Harry Balch mentioned “ASAN service” as an example model in implementation of public service delivery and highlighted its importance of conducting in other countries too. It was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” centers have gained high level of trust of citizens and more than 4 000 000 applications have been already received.
