To recap, the “Bilim Bakı” center operates under the “Innovations Center” of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as part of the “Bilim Azərbaycan” project.
The initiative is implemented pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding signed on September 23, 2021, between the State Agency and the Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation). Its primary objectives are to foster interest in science, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation among children aged 6–14 and to cultivate modern skill sets.
Within this framework, the “Bilim Bakı” and “Bilim Quba” centers deliver the “Deneyap” Technology Program, providing project-based education tailored to future demands. The program is a comprehensive instructional model that equips students with creative thinking and innovative competencies aimed at solving everyday life challenges. Students who have completed grades 4 through 7 in secondary schools earn admission to the program through a two-stage examination process.
