International Delegations Visit “ASAN Service”
A delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sanjarbek Bolotov, the Deputy Minister of Finance, Ruslan Tatikov, and the Vice-President of the Union of Mediators of the Turkish World, Jandild Tjakupov, visited “ASAN service” centers as part of their official visit to Azerbaijan.
During the meeting with Ruslan Tatikov, the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ceyhun Salmanov, provided detailed information on the Agency’s various activities, including the “ASAN service” centers created under the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as projects related to social innovations.
The discussion also included the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed on April 24, 2024, between the State Agency and the Kyrgyz Republic’s Ministry of Digital Development, regarding the improvement of Public Service Centers in Kyrgyzstan.
During the meeting, the delegations were informed about the State Agency's achievements, including receiving the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Digital Governance Special Award for Public Service Development in 2019, and the “Global Government Excellence Award” in 2023, where “ASAN service” was recognized as the “World's Most Advanced Public Service”. Additionally, they were briefed on how the “ASAN service” model has been successfully implemented in various countries.
The guests expressed their high impressions of the “ASAN service” centers, highlighting the innovative solutions implemented there. They also expressed their interest in learning about and applying this successful experience in their own countries.
During the visit, the delegations also had the opportunity to explore the “INNOLAND-Incubation and Acceleration Center”, the Mobile ASAN Service, and the activities of the “ABAD” Public Legal Entity.
