Azerbaijani brand “ASAN service” model in the spotlight of international research
The UNDP has conducted a research in the field of public service delivery in 2016 and published an analytic work entitled “One Stop Shop Public Service Delivery Model: The Case of Azerbaijan”. There is information on establishment of “ASAN service” model, concept, activity principles, innovative advantages and main achievements, theoretical and practical aspects, recommendations on modernization of public service delivery in countries, which are interested in practice of “ASAN service”. Should note, “ASAN service” is well-known on international level as an advanced practice and winner of UN Public Services in the field of public services delivery. Nowadays, Azerbaijani model “ASAN service” is being learnt and applied by many countries. Currently, there are 11 “ASAN service” centers operating: 5 of them in Baku, 6 – in the regions. There have been received over 13 millionth citizen applications since 2013 – operating. “Mobile ASAN” and “ASAN train” creates conditions for citizens living in the most remote regions to deliver quality public services.
