Austrian guests got acquainted with “ASAN service” center

On October 9, 2015, a delegation headed by the President of the Vienna Court of Appeals of Senate Mrs. Maria Vanke Chervenko, consisted of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Austria, the Ministry of Justice, General Prosecutor's Office and representatives of various instance courts got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.5.

 

On October 9, 2015, a delegation headed by the President of the Vienna Court of Appeals of Senate Mrs. Maria Vanke Chervenko, consisted of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Austria, the Ministry of Justice, General Prosecutor's Office and representatives of various instance courts got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.5.

On October 9, 2015, a delegation headed by the President of the Vienna Court of Appeals of Senate Mrs. Maria Vanke Chervenko, consisted of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Austria, the Ministry of Justice, General Prosecutor's Office and representatives of various instance courts got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.5.

Guests were delivered information about the activities and aims of establishment of “ASAN service”, also, informed that this concept is the Azerbaijani model in public service delivery field. It was mentioned that with the establishment of “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in the field of provision of efficient administration through enhancing of transparency and application of innovations.

Additionally, it was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” received United Nations Public Service Award 2015.

It was drawn to the attention that there have been achieved desired outcomes in the field of citizen satisfaction and about 6 000 000 applications have been already received.

Guests, after getting acquainted with the conditions and work principle of the “ASAN service” center, wished success in future.
