“ASAN service” and “ASAN Kommunal” service centers will start working earlier
Taking into account multiple requests and statistical analysis, starting from August 20, 2018 in order to ensure citizen satisfaction “ASAN service” and ASAN Kommunal will start provide services earlier.
From the relevant date “ASAN service” and “ASAN Kommunal” centers will operate from 09:00 to 19:00 on Mondays and from 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Only Sunday is a non-working day at “ASAN Kommunal” centers.
At the same time, work mode of the Call Center will also be changed. The center will operate from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.
“ASAN service" centers were established under the subordination of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the Decree №685 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 13, 2012.
Currently, 13 “ASAN service” and 2 “ASAN Kommunal” centers are operating. So far, in order to measure the quality of the services provided in the centers, regular surveys have been conducted, appeals sent to the State Agency have been analyzed, and appropriate measures have been taken to ensure the citizen satisfaction.
