"ASAN service" experience will be applied in the Republic of Uganda
On September 21, 2018, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, received the delegation led by Wilson Muruli Mukasa, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda.
During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation issues within the action plan of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Then a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Services of the Republic of Uganda on the establishment of a progressive mechanism for rendering public services was signed.
Memorandum was signed by Ulvi Mehdiyev, the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Wilson Muruli Mukasa, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda.
The Memorandum aims to improve the public service delivery system in Uganda and management skills in this area.
The document is of particular importance in the context of Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda for the development of African countries, exemplary governance and socioeconomic progress.
On September 20-23, 2018, invited to the Republic of Azerbaijan by the State Agency, a delegation led by Wilson Muruli Mukasa, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda, will get acquainted with experiences of “ASAN service” centers, “ABAD” public legal entity, and Mobile ASAN service.
Also, various structural subdivisions of the State Agency will be presented to the guests.
