“ASAN Service” practices in Romania.
The deligation led by the chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under is the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev visited Bucharest at the invitation of Secretary-General of the Romaian Government Mircea Abrudean.
The chairman of the State Agency and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Romania Gudsi Osmanov visited monument of National Leader Heydar Aliyev which is located in Tey Park in Buchrest at the first day of here.
During this visit Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Agreement on cooperation in the field of providing public services was signed between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the General Secretariat of the Government of Romania.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aim is application of “ASAN service” experience at Romania, organize practices at “ASAN service” centers, It also mean sharing of best practices in the field of public service provision with the Romanian side by experts from the State Agency.
Romania is a member of the European Union and strategic partner of our country.
During the signing ceremony held at the Victoria Palace in Bucharest, the Secretary General of the Romanian Government emphasized the exceptional importance of the globally recognized and accepted “ASAN service” experience in the provision of public services, and stated that they will benefit from this experience to develop the relevant field in their country.
The chairman of State Agency emphasized that, the memorandoum will contribute development of this successful coorperation between Azerbaijan and Romania.
And then with the development of the General Secretariat of Romania, a wide range of innovative projects were introduced in the government.
The events and meetings held during the visit were also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Romania Gudsi Osmanov.
It should be noted that the State Agency has signed agreements with more than 20 countries and international organizations to export the “ASAN service” experience.
