Experience of “ASAN service” in the center of attention of Albania

On April 4-9, 2016, a delegation led by the Executive Director of the Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services in Albania (ADISA), Albenc Koni, paid a visit to Azerbaijan in regard with getting acquainted with the activities of “ASAN service” centers.

On April 4-9, 2016, a delegation led by the Executive Director of the Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services in Albania (ADISA), Albenc Koni, paid a visit to Azerbaijan in regard with getting acquainted with the activities of “ASAN service” centers.

There were held meetings in the field of expansion of cooperation between “ASAN service” and “ADISA” and learning of ASAN experience. Various presentations, photo and video materials regarding the experience of “ASAN service” were demonstrated. There were going on discussions about the role of “ASAN service” in the field of effective, transparent delivery of services, in fight against the corruption, establishment of e-governance, its success on enhancing of transparency and application of contemporary innovations. “ASAN service” was an object of the attention, hence, a number of questions were answered during the meetings.

Guests mentioned the concept of “ASAN service” as an example model in the field of public service delivery and highlighted about the importance of sharing such an experience with other countries too.

Need to note, that ADISA is a state body which functions under the subordination of the Ministry of Innovations and Public Governance of Albania. This state body enhances innovative delivery of public services in Albania, which is based on “one-stop-shop” principle, and improves the services in this direction.
