"ASAN service" in media of Montenegro
Azerbaijani brand “ASAN service” was indicated at the article titled “Public administration is overabundant, it needs optimization” by at the prestigious news portal of Montenegro – CdM.
According to the interview given to CdM news portal, the minister of public administration of Montenegro Mrs. Suzana Pribilović announced that the ministry will continue its activities on e-Government portal upgrade, as well as its work on establishing a one stop shop in Montenegro in accordance with the best world practices.
Mrs. Suzana Pribilović, also, emphasized about the experience of “ASAN service”:
"I am particularly pleased that we will use the Azerbaijani model in providing public services, which I personally had the opportunity to see, which is recognized and awarded by the UN. This is the system where the citizen comes first, which is something we strive for”.
Should note, that on July 4 – 5, 2017 a delegation led by the minister of public administration of Montenegro Mrs. Suzana Pribilović paid a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The main purpose of the visit was the opportunity to apply the “ASAN service” model in Montenegro, as well as to discuss the mutual cooperation as a best practice in public services delivery.
During the visit, the delegation led by Mrs. Suzana Pribilović, the minister of public administration of Montenegro was acquainted with “ASAN service” centers and mobile “ASAN service”.
On December 4, 2017, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which is aimed at improving the area of public services in Montenegro.
