“ASAN service” Model Exported to the Largest Muslim Country

In Jakarta, the delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was given an extensive presentation on the operations of the Citizen Service Center, which operates based on the ASAN service model.

The Jakarta service center was established as a result of various years of training organized for Indonesian officials at ASAN service centers and the sharing of innovative solutions implemented there, based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the relevant ministry of Indonesia.

The head of the Jakarta Citizen Service Center, who welcomed the delegation, informed that the center provides over 300 services.

The Indonesian side highlighted that the level of satisfaction with the services provided at the center is high and noted that citizens are offered services such as issuing identity cards, passports, migration services, tax services, licensing, and other types of services.

To ensure the comfort of citizens, the center is equipped with self-service kiosks, a children's play area, and a café.

The director of the center expressed gratitude to the State Agency for the ongoing support in establishing and developing the center's operations.
