“ASAN service” in Italian media

Author highlights that, activity of the centers are based on such principles as efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and comfort and this model can be considered as an example for Italy in the field of public service delivery.
Also, emphasized that, example of “ASAN service” has been met with a great interest on international level and it is not coincidence, that this model received UN 2015 Award in the category of “Improving the Delivery of Public Services” and was a winner of the competition organized by the Council of British Safety.
In the end author notes that, “ASAN service” assessed as a successful mechanism in the fight against corruption and in promotion of transparency by the Economic Cooperation and Development Organization, European Council, UN and other organizations.
