“ASAN service” Co-organizes Forum with the Indonesian Government
As part of the visit of the delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Indonesia, a "Knowledge Exchange Forum" was held.
The forum, organized by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia, was attended by more than 200 representatives, including the heads of the country's 38 provinces and various cities.
In his opening speech, the Chairman of the State Agency, Ülvi Mehdiyev, touched upon the existing cordial relations between Azerbaijan and Indonesia. He emphasized the importance of centers operating based on the ASAN service model in Indonesia in increasing the efficiency of services and achieving citizen satisfaction. He also stated that they are ready to support the creation of new centers in Indonesia’s cities and provinces.
Following this, a comprehensive presentation on the ASAN service concept and the innovative solutions applied in public services was delivered by a representative of the State Agency.
The representative of the State Agency noted that more than 20 countries and international organizations have signed agreements regarding the export of ASAN service expertise and emphasized that the Azerbaijani model is currently being successfully implemented in Indonesia.
Representatives of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia and Banyuwangi province also spoke during the forum.
