The evaluation group’s activity of "ASAN service" index finalizes
The activities of the working group established by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the implementation of Part 2 of the Presidential Decree No. 262 "On Measures for the Establishment of the Electronic Services Registry of the State Service" are completed.
It should be noted that, within the pilot project, 411 service assessments were implemented on a service of 10 central executive authorities and local executive authorities located in Baku.
The services were assessed taking into account substantiated information provided by public authorities on 7 parameters and 143 subtitles.
Public awareness of community about state services in more than one way, electronization of service, availability of short-term service, obtaining from the existing information systems with integration method without the requirement of document from citizen, courtesy of officials who implement the service, the availability of acceptance mechanism of citizens' complaints and research mechanisms, and knowing citizens' opinions about service are factors that make the "ASAN service" index high.
Note that, results of the assessment and the "ASAN service" index for each service are expected to be publicized in September this year.
