“ASAN service” Expands Cooperation with BSEC
A bilateral meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ulvi Mehdiyev, and the Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC), Lazar Comanescu.
During the meeting, the Secretary General of BSEC expressed his satisfaction with participating in the “Ministerial Forum on Green Advanced Governance”, organized by the State Agency within the framework of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) held in Baku.
The guest highlighted that the State Agency chaired BSEC’s Working Group on “Institutional Reforms and Good Governance” during the periods of 2021-2023 and 2023-2025 and commended the activities carried out within this framework.
Discussions were also held on cooperation regarding the sharing of the “ASAN service” experience with several BSEC member states.
